User Guide

Bonus99myr Account Login Security Tips

Your account security is a shared responsibility. bonus99myr provides a robust security infrastructure on our end, but there are a few simple steps you can take to keep your account safe at all times.

Many users don't realise that the most common account security threats don't come from the platform itself, but from their own habits — such as reusing the same password across multiple sites, logging in from public devices carelessly, or forgetting to log out after playing.

1
Use a Strong and Unique Password

Create a password of at least 12 characters using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse the same password for other accounts.

2
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA adds an extra layer of security. Even if someone knows your password, they still need the OTP code from your phone to log in. Enable it from your account settings.

3
Always Log Out on Shared Devices

If you are logging in from an office computer, internet café, or a friend's phone, make sure you log out completely before leaving that device.

4
Check the URL Before Logging In

Always make sure you are using the official URL bonus99myr.pro. Watch out for phishing sites that mimic the official site to steal your login credentials.

Login Issues?

Quick Fixes for Common Login Issues

Occasionally, users may experience difficulty logging in. Most of these issues can be resolved easily without needing to contact customer support.

Forgot Password

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number or email to set a new password.

OTP Not Received

Make sure the phone number you entered is correct and has a good signal. OTP usually arrives within 60 seconds. If you still haven't received it, try again or choose the email OTP option instead.

Account Temporarily Locked

Your account is temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact customer support for immediate assistance.

Mobile App Issues

Try logging in via a web browser first to confirm your account is working. If that succeeds, try uninstalling and reinstalling the bonus99myr app to resolve the technical issue.

Security Alert: bonus99myr will never ask for your password or banking information via email, SMS or WhatsApp. If you receive such a message, ignore it and report it to our customer support.
Why Log In Every Day

Benefits of Being an Active bonus99myr Member Who Logs In Regularly

At bonus99myr, members who log in regularly enjoy more benefits compared to those who rarely use the platform. It's not just about playing more — it's about maximising the value you get from every visit.

Every time you log in, you have a chance to earn a daily reward credited directly to your account. The bonus99myr loyalty program tracks your consecutive login days, and rewards increase the longer your login streak runs. This means that even on days you don't place any bets, simply logging in already adds value for you.

In addition, time-limited promotions such as flash bonuses, daily tournaments and special challenges are only accessible to members who log in within a specific window. These promotions often offer significantly higher bonus ratios compared to regular promotions, but the offer period is very short — usually 24 hours or less.

For sports fans, logging in before a match kicks off ensures you never miss the best odds, which are usually available right before the first whistle. In-play betting markets are also only accessible live, so staying active on the platform gives you a real edge.

Just as importantly, members who log in consistently get priority in the bonus99myr VIP program. VIP status unlocks higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority customer support and exclusive invitations to special events reserved for VIP members only.

For New Members: If you have just registered and this is your first time using the login page — welcome! Make sure you also download the bonus99myr app for a smoother experience on your phone.

Bonus99myr Login FAQ

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about login and account security.

Yes, your bonus99myr account can be accessed from multiple devices — mobile phones, tablets and computers. However, for account security, our system may request additional verification when logging in from a new device that hasn't been used before. This is a standard protective measure to ensure only you can access your account.

There are a few possible reasons: caps lock may be on (passwords are case-sensitive), your browser cookies may need to be cleared, or your account may have been temporarily locked after repeated failed login attempts. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, make sure caps lock is off, then try again. If it still doesn't work, contact our customer support via live chat for immediate assistance.

Both work well, but the bonus99myr app delivers a smoother and faster experience on mobile. The app also supports biometric login (fingerprint or facial recognition) for added security and convenience. You can download the app from the Download us.

Active bonus99myr sessions will automatically expire after a set period of inactivity as a security measure. If you select the "Remember me" option, your session will persist longer on your personal device. We recommend not using the "Remember me" option on devices shared with others, and always logging out manually when you are done.

Do not click any links in such emails. bonus99myr never asks for your password or financial information via email. Report it to our customer support team through the in-platform live chat directly. You are also advised to change your account password immediately and review your recent account activity from your dashboard.
